the staff provide helpful service. i found good coffee and tea available directly in the room. the beds ensure a comfortable rest. the large shower was appreciated.

The hotel offers a voucher for a bar drink if you decline room cleaning. this provides motivation to reuse towels. technicians respond promptly. One arrived after ten minutes to address an air conditioning issue.

A Fantastic Stay!
room upgrade cute team
I received an upgrade upon check-in. This made the welcome even better! The team was very cute, and the staff took pride in the hotel. I also liked the attention to detail that was amazing. The staff was very professional and friendly.
The rooms lack drawers to store clothes. This could be a real issue for longer stays. I had to keep my clothes in my luggage.

All bedroom doors resemble colorful front doors. Hallways are covered in curtains. This gives a very opulent feel, and the room felt luxurious. I enjoyed the decor.

spacious room modern decor quality toiletries comfortable bed
the room was a nhow superior room. it had good space and modern decor. the bathroom included quality toiletries. the bed was comfortable with excellent linens.
the elevator wait times were occasionally a little slow.

the breakfast buffet had a great selection. the staff at the front desk were helpful with directions and recommendations.
The room service menu had limited options. i noticed some wear and tear on the furniture in my room. the noise insulation wasn't good. I could hear street traffic.
